Milliput is one of the best known epoxy putty products for modeling. The material works like the well-known greenstuff. Milliput also consists of two components and by mixing them well (knead well for 5 minutes) the material will harden slowly, after which it is completely hardened after 3 hours. By keeping the putty cool, dry and airtight, it can be used for approximately 2 years.
When Milliput is fully cured, it can be sawn, sanded, drilled, filed and painted. Advice is when sanding and sawing to wear safety goggles.
In addition to being a pleasant use for modeling, Milliput is also a perfect putty for connecting materials. It adheres effortlessly to wood, stone, cement, concrete, plastic and even glass, but it is not a glue in itself.
TIP: For quick curing, the material can also be heated in an oven or cured by using a hair dryer. In this way, it can even be cured within minutes, depending on the thickness of the material. It can withstand up to 130 ° C.
