Vallejo Decal Fix cleans the surface and improves the adhesion of a decal sticker. After that, a sticker can easily be applied with Decal Softener. It is therefore preferable not to touch him afterwards. Vallejo Decal Fix does the job! A few hours later, the sticker will look like it was painted on, even with all the height differences that are below the sticker.
The jar contains 17ml. Decal Fix.
Apply some Vallejo Decal Fix where the decal sticker is placed. The Decal Fix prepares the surface and ensures that the sticker sticks well.
Cut the decal carefully without too much space around the subject. Use a metal ruler and a sharp knife or miniature scissors for best results.
Dip the decal (sticker) in clean water for a few seconds.
Place the decal in the desired place, soften it with the Decal Softener (73212), so that it follows all the shapes of the surface and remove the excess water. When the sticker is dry, apply a little bit of Vallejo Decal Fix. For a better result use the small drybrush from Vallejo PM052.
When the Vallejo Decal Fix is completely cured, some Matt Varnish can be applied. This will seal and protect the sticker.
