The Model Color formula consists of permanent pigments for detailed work, all colors are completely lightfast and opaque.

The consistency of Model Color ensures an extremely smooth and tight paint film without any trace of the brush strokes. Professional model painters always work with a wet brush and dilute the paint with water and matte medium, then apply it in several thin layers to simulate depth and shadows.

Vallejo Model Color Dilute
Colors can also be thinned with other Mediums to achieve glazes and other layering applications. Errors can be corrected with water or with a little alcohol, provided this is done immediately. The colors are easy to apply with a brush and dry to a matte result.

Eyedropper (17ml.)
The unique thing about the Vallejo paints is that they come in a so-called "eyedropper" jar containing 17ml. paint. With this "eyedropper" you can easily dose the amount of paint and the paint does not dry out so quickly. Of course it is always the case that the opening sometimes becomes a bit clogged. You can easily solve this by clearing the opening with a needle or thin cocktail stick.
